European Arts Academy "Aldo Ciccolini" is pleased to announce the laureates of first edition of the Ciccolini Prize, 2020:
1st prize Violetta Fialko, Ukraine, 24yo
2nd prize Gabriele Micheli, Italy, 23yo
Each of our 2 laureates will receive a professional recording session offered by EAAAC and piano solo debut album distributed and promoted worldwide by the prestigious label Divine Art Recordings Group (US / UK), partner Naxos of America. Pleased for the outstanding quality and talent heard during the competition, the whole Jury decided also to assign a special mention to two competitors: A Special Mention to:
3rd Prize Kano Kojima, Japan, 15yo.
Ms. Kojima will receive a scholarship of 500€ as Best Young Talent of the competition, courtesy of Giuseppe Seracca Guerrieri, Governor a.r. 2020/21 Rotary District 2120, of the Puglia and Basilicata regions. 4th Prize Aristotelis Papadimitriou, Switzerland, 28yo.
Mr. Papadimitriou will be considered to give a recital in future activities of the Foundation, compatibly with Covid-19 pandemic situation, until 2022, as Best Single votation from a juror of the competition.
Next edition is already started, working to increase the prizes for talents..
